On 14th November, Pietro Palandri and Camilla Del Re attended the conference “Shipping and the Challenge of Decarbonisation”, organised by AIDIM – Italian Maritime Law Association and AFDM – ASSOCIATION FRANCAISE DU DROIT MARITIME, held at the Camera di Commercio di Genova.

The event focused on the legal implications of the maritime industry’s ecological transition.

Pietro, Vice President of AIDIM, opened the works as Chair of the Opening Session, and ⁠Camilla Del Re, speaker in the Green Fuels panel on “Liability for non-compliant fuel (Charter-parties and bunkering contracts)”.
