On 16th October 2015 the 4th edition of the seminar “Jornadas de Lisboa de Direito Marìtimo”, dedicated to ports, was held at the University of Lisbon. Marco Lopez de Gonzalo attended as speaker with a report on “Towage, pilotage and anti-trust law”, where he develops the most debated issues regarding nautical services from the Italian and EU perspective.
