On 6 – 7 – 8 November 2015 the fourth edition of the seminar “BIT’s Annual World Congress of Ocean” was held in Qingdao, China, at Hilton Golden Beach Hotel. Michele Mordiglia attended as speaker with a presentation on “Long lying containers in Italy: legal and Customs implications for the carrier”, where he develops the legal and Customs problems caused to the carrier by long lying containers in Italian ports.
