Qualified lawyer since 2002, Chiara has gained experience in the field of maritime and transport law, international trade and insurance, acting mainly for shipowners and insurers.

She deals with the judicial and extra-judicial management of disputes relating to contracts for maritime and intermodal transport of goods, issues related to yachting, and marine insurance.

Chiara is also responsible for the management and coordination of the firm's compliance and due diligence activities, as well as for planning and directing the communication of the firm's legal and business activities.

As part of her practice, Chiara has also gained experience in disputes relating to charteparties, bills of lading and all-inclusive tour packages.

Chiara specializes in compliance procedures with laws and regulations to be adopted within the firm, personal data protection and privacy, and anti-money laundering legislation for professional firms.

In her role as senior communications manager, she coordinates the firm's external communications, the editing of articles and publications by associates and partners, and the organization of seminars, courses and conferences for clients and colleagues.

Chiara collaborates with the specialized magazine Il Diritto Marittimo and is the author of articles and publications in national and international journals.
