He was appointed by P&I Clubs and H&M Insurers in many of the major marine casualties that occurred in Italy in the last decades, acquiring vast experience on salvage, collisions, and fire accidents.

In the cruise industry Aldo has longstanding professional relationships with the leading cruise companies and provides a full range of assistance.

In port operations, he assisted foreign investors advising on concession agreements, project financing, port works and related contracts; in the field of ship finance, he represented foreign and Italian Banks in new building and secondhand transactions.

Thanks to a large network of colleagues based on trust and friendship, Aldo leads in complex matters teams of administrative, corporate, and criminal lawyers to provide his Clients with the maximum range of assistance.

He has published articles on commodities and ship building and is a regular speaker at International Conventions and Seminars, like IBA and IMLS.
