On Thursday 19 October, our Pietro Palandri attended as speaker at the conference organized by The International Propeller Club Monaco with a presentation on the topic “Regulations on safety of life at sea, a cage or an armour?”; an overview on  the rules and regulations on safety of life at sea, including in particular those of the ISM Code and other safety of work provisions, are frequently considered as overwhelming and imposing on shipowners and shipmanagers burdensome duties.
