Pietro Palandri, Senior Partner of Studio Legale Mordiglia and Vice President of AIDIM – Associazione Italiana di Diritto Marittimo, took part in the 44th International Conference of the CMI – Comité Maritime International, held in Tokyo from 13 to 17 May.

On 14 May, Pietro spoke during the session “Counteracting Hostility and Fraudulent Activity in a Challenging Global Security Situation” with a presentation on the topic “The present status of vessels detained in Ukraine and the application of CTL insurance”, focusing on the legal and insurance implications of prolonged detentions of vessels in Ukrainian ports.
