On 25.11.2015 the EU Directive 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and of the Council on package travel and linked travel arrangements was issued. The new rules, which shall be adopted by the Member States within 1.1.2018, increase the existing protection for travelers and, for the first time, set out a regulation on linked travel arrangements too.
