An article by Cecilia Cavanna, entitled “The reasons for the air carrier’s exemption from liability for delay”, has been published on “Diritto del Turismo” (no. 13/2015). The article examines the EU Court of Justice Order issued on 14.11.2014 (C-394/14) and the Giudice di Pace of Bari judgement no. 2629/2014, about the lack of liability of the air carrier for delay in the carriage of passengers under extraordinary circumstances.
