Studio Legale Mordiglia took part in the AIJA Half-Year December Conference 2025, held in Hamburg from 4 to 7 December, one of the leading international events for young legal professionals. Pietro Mordiglia joined the panel “The Law in the Driver’s Seat? Litigating Autonomous and Cross-Border Transport”, within the Track “Transformative Transport”, dedicated to sustainable innovation and dispute management in the transport sector.

The session brought together experts from multiple jurisdictions to discuss the legal and regulatory challenges surrounding autonomous transport and cross-border litigation, with a focus on electronic documentation frameworks and liability issues. Alongside Pietro Mordiglia, the panel featured Leonora Kamps, George Gerassimou, and Pepijn Hamer, under the skilled moderation of Sander van Someren Greve.

Organised by AIJA’s Transport and Logistics Law and Litigation Commissions, the conference registered remarkable participation and confirmed its role as a reference point for international dialogue on transport law and emerging technologies.
