From 14 to 16 September, Francesco Gasparini and Pietro Mordiglia joined the triple seminar organised by the Transport Law Commission, the International Arbitration Commission and the Public Procurement Commission of AIJA in Athens. Within the second panel of discussion included in the Transport Law seminar agenda – focusing on the ship’s life cycle – Francesco gave a presentation titled: “Shipbuilding contracts: main securities and critical issues for buyers”.
