On 26 November, Enrico Mordiglia participated as a speaker at the 5th Super Yacht 24 Forum, an event that brought together professionals, experts and companies to discuss the challenges and opportunities related to the yachting market.

Enrico took part in the round table of the second panel dedicated to the theme ‘yachitng and safety’ with a speech on administrative investigations following maritime accidents and a brief excursus on the liability of the shipyard for damages to third parties resulting from design or construction errors.
