Assagenti February 2024 – TAR Sicily: approval for the exercise of port services for self-pollution prevention

On Assagenti news (February 2024) Chiara Raggi’s contribution has been published regarding the ruling of the T.A.R. Sicily of 22 February 2024, which rejected Somat Spa’s appeal against CTIM’s authorisation to carry out bunkering independently in the Port of Trapani. The court ruled that there are no regulatory restrictions for the self-performance of port services, including anti-pollution.
