On Assagenti news (January 2024) Pietro Mordiglia’s contribution has been published regarding the judgment of the Piedmont Regional Administrative Court of 27 January 2024, which ruled that shipbrokers/brokers must pay a contribution to the Transport Regulatory Authority only for the activity carried out in their own interest, not also on behalf of the foreign maritime carriers represented.
