Studio Legale Mordiglia
was established in 1950 by Aldo Mordiglia (1915 - 2003 see photo),
who steered the Firm until the age of 80.
Specialized in maritime law since the first years, Studio Mordiglia
was one of the first Italian law firms to become a partnership,
following the example of the most famous English firms. |

Appointed as legal
correspondent by most of the P&I Clubs, the Firm has grown
up with the contribution of Alberto Tarantino, Enrico Mazier,
Paola Danieli, Carla Perfumo and Giovanni Caruana.
Its main office is and has always been in Via XX Settembre,
“Palazzo dei Giganti”, in the heart of Genoa.

2002 Studio Mordiglia formed a cooperation agreement with
a law firm of great traditions, Studio
De André, with offices at Genoa
and Milan.
