Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Genoa
in 1997.
Admitted to practice in 2000. In 1997 trainee in international
law at the International Maritime Organization in London.
In 1998 Master degree at the University of Strasbourg Trainee
in civil law. Author of publications in “Il Diritto Marittimo”
Specialized in civil, commercial, international and Euro-pean
law.
