Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Genoa in 1979.
Admitted to practice in 1982. Professor of maritime law at University Statale of Milan. Author of the book “The obligation of delivery in maritime sale” and of several maritime and international law publications.
Arbitrator in maritime and commercial disputes.
Lecturer at Seminars in Italy and abroad. Member of the Board of “Il Diritto Marittimo” and of the Editorial office of “Diritto del commercio internazionale”. Specialized in international private law, ship finance, sale of goods, tourism, logistic contracts. Member of the Genoa Rotary Club.

Born on 5 June 1957.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Genoa in 1981. Admitted to practice in 1983.
Expert witness on Italian law in foreign jurisdictions judicial and arbitration proceedings.
Lecturer at Seminars in Italy and abroad. Author of publications in Lloyds of London Press.
Specialized in through transport and carriage of goods at sea, corporate and commercial law, insurance, tourism, cruise and passengers ships, European law and aviation.

Born on 21 July 1958.
Trainee with important law firms of New York in the years 1982 and 1983. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Genoa in 1982.
Admitted to practice in 1985. Assistant to the Department of Economy and Bank Law at the University of Genoa in the years 1983/86. Member of the International Bar Association. Author of publications in “Il Diritto Marittimo”.
Lecturer at Seminars in Italy and abroad. Specialized in maritime and through transport law, ship building, sale and purchase, charterparties, international commercial law.
